About Nehru Planetarium, New Delhi, Delhi

Nehru Planetarium is one of the most interesting and educational attractions in New Delhi, especially for families, students, and space lovers. It is located near Teen Murti Bhavan. It was the residence of the earlier prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru which is now converted into a museum in his memory. In 1964, the Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund was set up to promote his ideas. 

Built to promote scientific thinking and astronomy, the planetarium offers engaging sky shows, interactive exhibits, and real-life space history. If you are visiting with children or exploring Delhi’s cultural side, Nehru Planetarium is a rewarding experience.
