Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal was erected in 1636 by the king Tirumala Nayaka. Basically we can call it 17th century palace. This palace is a great fusion of Dravidian and Rajput styles. There are total 248 pillars in the whole palace having height of 48 feet. One of the most attractive features of this palace is the amazing light and sound show. You can enjoy this show in two languages English and Tamil.
