Shrinathji Temple

Shrinathji temple is the major attraction of Nathdwara where the temple management has fixed schedule for various offerings and darshans of Shrinathji. Although the temple premises are opened the entire day, the pats keep opening and closing as per the darshan hours. Therefore it is recommended to plan your visit accordingly. 

This temple is dedicated to Shrinathji (an avatar of the lord Krishna). The temple’s atmosphere gives a peaceful and spiritual experience for visitors. The temple has beautiful architecture and local markets where a shopkeeper sells religious items.

The temple is known for the celebrations of major festivals like Janmashtami, Diwali, and other Hindu festivals. The idol of this temple was moved to Nathdwara from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in the 17th century.

There are no tickets required to visit the Shrinathji temple but there is an option for VIP darshan at an additional cost.
