Matangeshvara Temple is a calm and holy place near the Khajuraho temple complex. It is an active Shiva temple with a peaceful atmosphere, especially during aarti time. Simple, spiritual, and worth visiting for a quiet experience.

Visited Matangeshvara Temple early in the morning and found the atmosphere very peaceful. It feels less crowded compared to other Khajuraho temples and still actively worshipped. A nice place to experience local devotion and quiet moments.
