1. Juda Ka Talab

2. Kedarkantha Base Camp


On your way to Kedarkantha trek, you have to make your one night stay at Kedarkantha base camp. The next morning, the beautiful view of sunrise from the base camp will leave you stunned. The height of Kedarkantha base camp is 11250 ft. From this base camp you will head towards Juda Ka Talab, which is just 4 km away.

To start the Kedarkantha trek, you need to reach Sankri village first. This place is situated 196 km from Dehradun.

By airways: Jolly Grant airport is the nearest domestic airport to Dehradun. You can avail this air travel to and from various destinations around the state


By railways: You can also avail train and reach Dehradun railway station.


By roadways: There are public bus services from Dehradun to Sankri village. You can also hire a shared or private car.

What is the trip cancellation policy?

You need to confirm the cancellation via mail to the official email address at least 7 days before the trip's commencement. If you are diagnosed with COVID-19, you can cancel the trip 48 hours before the trip commencement as well. In this case, you need to attach your COVID positive report to the cancellation mail.

If the operator cancels the trip due to any circumstance that is beyond the operator’s control, the operator is not liable to refund any money and the client is entitled to do any future trip within 18 months from departure date of the canceled trip.

What is the refund policy?

If you cancel before 7 days, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is done within 7 days and 48 hours due to COVID-19 diagnosis, 100% of the booking amount will be sent as a credit token to you. This you can use for any future trip within the next 18 months. If the cancellation is done within 48 hours of departure, a certain amount of money will be deducted to compensate for advance travel accommodation booking.

Kedarkantha Trek Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrive at Dehradun by flight or train. Our representative will take you to Sankri village. We would accommodate you at a good place in Sankri.

Day 2:

After having breakfast leave Sankri and start trekking. Today’s destination is Juda Ka Talab basecamp. You will cross one village after another. The path is surrounded by dense pine forest. Within 3 to 4 hours you will reach the destination.

Day 3:

You are about to embark on a journey that will bring you deep into the forests, past pristine snow-capped mountains. You'll continue walking and eventually reach your destination Kedarkantha base camp. It's about 2-3 hours from where we left off at Juda Ka Talab. The entire trail is mesmerizing and a paradise to photographers and nature lovers.

Day 4:

The day you’ve been working for is finally here! The trek from base camp to summit isn't long and when we get there, your jaw will drop open in awe. You'll take it all in - 360 degree views of mountains of Uttarakhand and Kailash range of Himachal. After reaching the summit, spend a good amount of time embracing nature and having a time of your life. Then hike back to Kedarkantha base camp. Have lunch there. After that, trek to Hargaon camping area. Spend the night there.

Day 5:

Trek through the lush green forests to arrive at Sankri. It's a 2-3 hour walk and if you're looking for some rest after all that hiking, then explore this quaint little village where you will feel good to see the villagers’ unmatched hospitality.

Day 6:

This is the day when you will head to Dehradun from Sankri. The journey is going to end today. It will feel good to see how the landscape around you will change from lush green dense pine forests to wide roads on your way back to Dehradun. The driving time will be approximately 7 to 8 hours.
