How to reach Nepal

Trip Rescheduling

  • In any case the changes in dates or the rescheduling of the trip once it is booked at your name is not possible.
  • If so is to be done, the cost has to be borne by client.

Trip Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be informed at_______________________________
  • Cancellation charges shall be imposed as follows:
  • Cancellation upon registering: 50% deduction from total amount i.e. 18,500/- would be subtracted.
  • Less than 15 days before the departure date: NO REFUND
  • Any cancellation after starting the trip: NO REFUND
  • No adjustments of any kind shall be entertained.

Refund of Payment

  • The amount would be reimbursed according to cancellation policy in 15 working days.

  • Sleeping bag. You can hire it in Katmandu for Rs.100/- per day.

Day 1:  12th October 2017 (Day at leisure)
  • Arrival to Kathmandu by afternoon or evening flight.
  • Our representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel for the night stay. We would accommodate you in the best hotel of the city.You can meet with other trek members here.
  • You can explore the city at your ease.
Day 2: 13th October 2017 (Kathmandu to Lukla- 40 mins of flight)
  • 13th October 2017 (Kathmandu to Lukla- 40 mins of flight)
  • Post breakfast, departure for the Kathmandu Airport.
  • After reaching Lukla, trek to Phakding. A distance of 2652 meters is to be covered in 5 hours.
  • Night stay in Phakding.
Day 3: 14th October 2017 (Phakding to Namche Bazaar)3340 meters 
  • To be covered in 6 hours.
  • Reach Khumjung Khunde; stay in one among the best hotels in the vicinity.
  • Overnight stay here.
Day 4: 15th October 2017 (Day at leisure)
  • Day for becoming accustomed with the surroundings.
  • Explore the famous Namche bazar. Try the local cuisines. Shop for your kith and kin.
  • Have dinner and get a sound sleep.
  • Note: Don’t shopa lot of stuff or else how would you carry?
Day 5: 16th October 2017 (NamcheBazzar to Tengboche) 3867 meters.
  • A 6 hours continuous trek.
  • One among the beautiful spot in the entire trek route.
  • Visit The Tengboche Monastery. It is a well-known and attractive place.
Day 6: 17th October 2017 (Tengboche to Dingboche) 4243 meters.
  • To be covered in 6-7 Hours.
  • We will trek towards the Pangboche village, capturing beauty of Mount AmaDablam. Lunch at Pangboche. Heading towards Pheriche and carry on to the Imja Valley. The Lobuche River would be visible on the way. Passing through it and taking vertical hike to Dingboche.
  • Overnight stay at Dingboche.
Day 7: 18th October 2017 (Dingboche trek to Lobuche) 4940 meters.
  • To be covered in 7-8 Hours
  • We will trek towards Dughla (4600m) and Lobuche.
  • Capture the sight of a vast rivulet and various mountain peaks comprising Mount Pumori, Mount Nuptse, Mount Cholatse and Mount Thamserku.
  • As soon as we pass the Khumbu Glacier; the highest peaks namely Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur would be seen. Though they appear to be close to the Mount Everest, even then it is impossible to get a sight of Everest.
  • Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8: 19th October 2017 (Lobuche to Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp) 5245 meters and back to Gorakshep 
  • To be covered in 7-8 Hours.
  • This will be an entirely glacier way. The Kumbhu ice-fall will be evidently noticeable.
  • Overnight stay in Gorakshep.
Day 9: 20th October 2017 (Trek up to Kalapathar to Pheriche) 5545 meters.
  • To be covered in 7-8 Hours
  • The trek to Kala Patthar would be the toughest part of this trekking expedition along with being the satisfying one.
  • Peak of Everest is visible to you. Actually Kala Patthar is the only place giving you sights of nearly the complete high peak foothills of the Himalayan Ranges.
  • After Kala Pattharthe trek would be all sliding and simple, however be careful about the slopes.
Day 10: 21st October 2017 (Hike to Tengboche) 3867 meters
  • To be covered in 5 Hours.
  • Trek would be an easy one.
Day 11: 22nd October 2017 (Tengboche to Namche Bazaar) 3340 meters.
  • To be covered in 5 Hours.
  • Trek would be an easy one.
Day 12: 23rd October 2017 (Hike to Lukla) 3340 meters.
  • To be covered in 5 Hours.
  • Trek would be an easy one.
Day 13: 24th October 2017 (Day at leisure)
  • Flight to Kathmandu.
  • Stay in Katmandu Hotel.
Day 14: 25th October 2017
  • Drop to Airport.
  • End at Kathmandu
