Dhari devi temple is located between Srinagar and Rudra Prayag in Uttarakhanda state of India. The temple is located on the bank of river Alaknanda and can be reached by walking around 1KM on a walkway towards the temple. Ma Dhari Devi (a form of ma Kali devi) is considered as the protector of Char Dham and according to legend, Dhari Devi’s idol can not be kept under any roof. Hence the idol or mata ji is always kept open towards the sky. If you are travelling towards Rudra Prayag, you can easily visit Dhari Devi temple on your way from Srinagar towards Rudra Prayag and the entrance of temple is on main road only.
Entry fees - Entry fees to temple is free for all but please make sure you wear proper clothes as this is religious place.
Timing - Temple is open thought out the year and timing is 6AM to 7PM every day. Please make sure that the timing may vary depending upon festival or other local program. Better you connect with local before you plan your visit.
